This loaf is a great way to use up old lettuce. Also a great way to get greens into those who think lettuce is not for them.

I am often asked what to do with swiss chard and this was suggested to me by customer at a farmers' market. It is amazing. I forced it on some family members that did not want to eat swiss chard. They like it to their surprise. Fun and successful experiment.
